Who we are

This policy explains how Doctor Vending LLC ("Doctor Vending", "we"), Al Qusais Industrial Area 3, Amman St., Dubai, UAE, handles personal data when you use this website, message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, visit our showroom or buy from us. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws.

What we collect

• Details you give us — name, mobile / WhatsApp number, email, company, emirate, type of location, the machines or services you are interested in and anything you write in a message or form.
• Order and customer details — billing and delivery addresses, invoices, contracts, installation and service records.
• Website data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and the campaign that brought you to us (for example a Google search or an ad), collected with cookies and similar tools.
• Messages and calls — the content of WhatsApp chats, emails and calls with our team, so we can follow up on your request.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, prepare quotes and arrange site surveys — at your request.
• To deliver, install, service and invoice machines and parts — to perform our contract with you.
• To keep records required by UAE law, such as tax (VAT) records — legal obligation.
• To send you news about new machines, offers and price updates by email or WhatsApp — only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fraud, and understand which pages and campaigns work — our legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — website hosting, email, CRM, WhatsApp messaging, payment, delivery and accounting providers — under contracts that require them to protect it, and with authorities when the law requires. Some providers may store data outside the UAE; where they do, we use providers with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Customer, contract and invoice records are kept for as long as UAE law requires (for example, tax records). Marketing contacts are kept until you opt out.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To stop marketing, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply STOP on WhatsApp. For any other request, email sales@doctorvending.com — we may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will reply as required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the website and, where enabled, analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to measure visits and improve our campaigns. Choose “Essential only” in the cookie notice to turn off analytics and advertising cookies, or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Security and changes

We protect personal data with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and trusted providers. No online service is completely secure, so please avoid sending card or ID numbers through forms or chat. We may update this policy; the effective date at the top shows the latest version.
