Vending questions, answered

Straight answers about prices, leasing, free placement, payments, repairs and starting a vending business in the UAE.

Buying & prices

How much does a vending machine cost in Dubai?

Machines on our website currently range from AED 3,000 to AED 15,000, depending on type, brand, capacity and condition. See the price guide for prices by machine type.

Do you sell new or used machines?

Both. Each product page shows the machine's condition — new, DV Certified Grade A or B, or used — and its warranty.

What does "DV Certified" mean?

DV Certified machines are refurbished machines that our workshop has inspected, repaired where needed and graded A or B before sale, with a written warranty. See how the inspection works.

Which brands do you sell?

Our catalogue includes established vending brands such as Saeco, Azkoyen, Comestero, Vendron. Availability changes — see the machines page for current stock.

Do your prices include VAT, delivery and installation?

Product pages show the machine price. VAT, delivery and installation are listed separately on your quote, so you see the full cost before you order.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. The warranty period depends on the machine and its condition and is stated on the product page and your invoice. Our returns and warranty policy explains what it covers.

Can I pay monthly instead of buying outright?

Yes. Our lease plans spread the cost into a monthly fee with maintenance included and an option to own the machine.

Can I visit the showroom?

Yes — Al Qusais Industrial Area 3, Amman St., Dubai, UAE. Book on WhatsApp so the machines you want to see are powered and ready.

Leasing & rental

Can I rent a vending machine monthly?

Yes — 12, 24 or 36-month plans with maintenance included and an option to own.

What does the monthly lease include?

The machine, installation, training and maintenance. You buy the stock, set the prices and keep the sales.

Who refills a leased machine?

You do, and you keep the sales. If you would rather not refill it, ask about operated vending, where our team does it.

Can I own the machine at the end of the lease?

Yes, lease-to-own is available. The buy-out terms are stated in your lease quote.

Is leasing cheaper than buying?

Buying usually costs less over several years; leasing protects your cash and includes maintenance. Compare both for your machine with the buy-vs-lease calculator.

Operated vending (free placement)

Can I get a vending machine for free?

Sites with enough daily users can qualify for operated vending: we own, stock and service the machine at no cost to the site.

How do I know if my site qualifies?

We look at how many people are on site each day, the working hours, what is sold nearby and whether there is indoor space with power. Send us those details and we will give you a clear yes or no.

Who chooses the products and prices?

We agree the product range and prices with you at the start and adjust them based on what your people actually buy.

What does the site have to provide?

A suitable indoor or shaded space, a power socket, access for our refill team and the management's approval for the placement.

Does the site earn anything from the machine?

For high-volume sites a commission on sales can be agreed. It is written into the placement agreement.

Payments & cashless

Do vending machines accept cards and Apple Pay?

Machines fitted with a cashless reader accept contactless bank cards and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Each product page says whether a reader is included or optional.

Can you add a card reader to my machine?

Usually. We check your machine's payment interface and fit a compatible cashless reader.

Do machines still take cash?

Yes. Machines with a coin mechanism and note reader accept UAE coins and notes and give change. Many sites run cash and cashless together.

Are there fees for card payments?

Payment providers charge a small fee per transaction and usually a monthly fee for the reader's connection. We explain the costs before you decide. Read more in the cashless vending guide.

Service, repairs & parts

Do you repair other brands?

Yes, most common vending brands. Send the model on WhatsApp to confirm.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes — Basic, Plus and Premium AMC levels with preventive visits and priority call-outs.

What should I send when I report a fault?

The brand, model and serial number, a photo of the error on the display, a short video of the fault and the machine's location. It helps the technician bring the right part.

Do you keep spare parts in stock?

We keep common parts for the brands we sell and source others on request. Send the part name or a photo and the machine model.

Can I bring my machine to your workshop?

Yes. Workshop repairs are available in Al Qusais, Dubai. Message us first so we can prepare.

Starting a vending business

Do I need a licence for vending machines in Dubai?

Yes: a trade licence covering vending, the property owner's NOC for each location and food-safety approvals for food and drinks. Confirm current rules with the authority.

Is vending profitable in the UAE?

At the right locations, yes. Profit depends on daily users, margins and uptime. Try the profit calculator and read the start-up guide.

How much money do I need to start?

Plan for the machine (from AED 3,000 on our website, or a monthly lease), your first stock, the trade licence and permits, and a small reserve for the first months. The start-up guide lists each cost.

How many machines should I start with?

Most new operators start with one or two machines in locations they can reach easily, learn the numbers for a few months and then add more.

Do you help new operators?

Yes. The Vending Business Starter Kit combines a machine with setup, training and guidance on location and stock.

Delivery, installation & site

Which emirates do you cover?

We deliver, install and service machines in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah from our base in Al Qusais, Dubai. For other emirates, ask us — it depends on the machine and the service you need.

How long does delivery take?

We confirm the date with your order. In-stock machines are usually delivered within a few working days in Dubai and nearby emirates.

What does my site need before installation?

A level indoor or shaded spot, a grounded 220–240 V socket nearby, a route wide enough for the machine and, for some coffee machines, a water connection. See the delivery and installation policy.

Do you install the machine and train my staff?

Yes. Our technician sets up the machine, programmes prices and payment, tests every selection and shows your team how to refill and clean it.

Can a vending machine stand outdoors?

Standard machines are made for indoor use. In UAE heat they should stand indoors or in a fully shaded, ventilated area.
