What is checked before a machine is certified?
Forty points across dispensing or brewing, cooling, the payment system, electronics, the cabinet and hygiene. Anything that fails is repaired or replaced before the machine is graded.
What is the difference between Grade A and Grade B?
Both grades pass the same technical inspection. Grade A is in excellent cosmetic condition; Grade B shows visible cosmetic wear and costs less.
Do certified machines come with a warranty?
Yes, a written warranty. The period depends on the grade and is shown on the product page and your invoice.
Can I see the machine working before I buy?
