About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy machines, parts or services from Doctor Vending LLC, Al Qusais Industrial Area 3, Amman St., Dubai, UAE. A signed quotation, lease, operated-vending or maintenance agreement takes priority over these terms where they differ. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Prices, quotes and orders
- Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Whether VAT is included is shown on the product page, quote or invoice.
- Prices and availability can change. A quote is valid for the period stated on it; an order is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit is received.
- If a price or description on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before confirming the order and you can cancel without charge.
- Refurbished (DV Certified) machines are sold in the grade and condition described on the product page and quote.
Payment
Payment terms are shown on your quote or invoice. Ownership of a purchased machine passes to you when it has been paid in full. Leased machines remain our property for the lease term unless your agreement includes a buy-out.
Delivery, installation and your site
Delivery and installation are covered in our Delivery & Installation policy. You are responsible for safe access to the site, a suitable power supply (and water where the machine needs it), and any landlord approval (NOC) or permit needed to place a machine at your location.
Warranty and returns
Warranty terms and how returns work are set out in our Returns & Warranty policy and on your invoice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost sales while a machine is out of service, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Guides, calculators and price examples on this website are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice. Content and design belong to Doctor Vending. Machine brand names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the products we sell or service; this does not mean we are the manufacturer's official distributor unless we say so on the product page.
Governing law
