Where and when we deliver
We deliver machines across the UAE from our base in Al Qusais, Dubai. We confirm the delivery and installation date when your order is confirmed. In-stock machines are usually delivered within a few working days in Dubai and nearby emirates; other emirates and new imports can take longer, and we will tell you the expected date up front.
Charges
Delivery, installation and any special handling (for example stairs without a lift, or a crane) are shown on your quote or at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges on the day.
Preparing your site
- Access: doors, corridors and lifts wide enough for the machine (we confirm the dimensions with you), and permission to use a loading bay or service lift.
- Power: a grounded 220–240 V socket within 1.5 m of the final position; we advise against extension leads.
- Water: some coffee machines need a water connection or a tank — we tell you in the quote.
- Floor and space: a level floor and a few centimetres of space behind the machine for ventilation.
- Approvals: any landlord NOC or permit needed to place a machine at your location.
Installation and handover
Our technician positions and levels the machine, connects it, sets prices and payment options, tests every selection and shows your team how to refill, clean and read the basic error messages. We leave you with the WhatsApp number for service.
Spare parts and consumables
Parts and consumables are sent by courier across the UAE or can be collected from our showroom. Delivery times and charges are confirmed with your order. Please see our Returns & Warranty policy for returns.
